About the Author

Denis Wojcik has published four novels and continues to write when he has time. His first novel, CrossRoads, was published in August of 2005, followed by TurnBack in 2006, Linked in 2009, and Evil Behind the Smile in 2010. Having worked in areas ranging from defense contracts, education and semi-professional sports, Denis has a broad background from which to draw. His previous positions included Vice President at a $14 billion company, where he oversaw strategic cost reductions. Denis currently is a Strategic Consultant specializing in cost reductions.

He graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in industrial supervision and received a master’s degree in Marketing from Dallas Baptist University, where he has taught classes as an adjunct professor.

A middle son in a family of eight children, Denis grew up in the shadows of Notre Dame University, explaining his love of sports. Denis has played semi-professional baseball, coached youth league football (taking his team to the city championships six times), and maintains a ten handicap in golf. He also enjoys doing charity work for his community and reading-historical biography and legal suspense being his favorite genres. Denis currently resides in Flower Mound, Texas, with his wife, daughter, and their dog, Kaiser.
