Jack Moore is a history professor who likes to dabble in technology. One weekend, he purchases what he thinks is a prototype of a virtual reality machine. To his amazement, his new toy turns out to be a time machine. Thomas, Jack’s chauffeur, discovers the capabilities of the machine and decides to steal it. His family has been indebted to the Moores for the past 100 years, and he is intent on changing the past events and erasing the debt. When Jack discovers the theft, he attempts to find Thomas in time and stop him from meddling with history. Meanwhile, Tara, Jack’s colleague, is busy tracking down the inventor of the time machine so that she can assist Jack. Unfortunately, they all discover the immense dangers of time travel as a malfunction sends Jack and Thomas further back into time, and Tara finds herself trapped.
